Compassionate, expert support for new & expectant mothers

At Wellness In Motherhood, we believe every mother deserves a confident, supported start to her feeding journey. We provide personalized lactation consulting that meets you where you are — from preparing before birth to navigating those first tender weeks at home.

Whether you have questions about latch, supply, comfort, or simply want a knowledgeable partner by your side, we are here to listen, guide, and reassure. Every plan is customized for the unique needs of each mother and baby.

Choose the complete package for end-to-end support, or select individual services à la carte.

Lactation Package

$250

This package includes everything a new mother needs to get off to the best start with her lactation journey.

  • Pre-birth Consultation

    This 30-minute consultation can be done via phone, FaceTime or Zoom. We will review any health concerns, prior history and your breastfeeding goals.

  • Hospital or At-Home Visit (1.5 hours)

    This comprehensive in-person visit after birth will include a latch assessment and a feeding plan customized for each mother & baby.

  • Follow-up Call

    This follow-up call can be done via phone, FaceTime or Zoom. We will evaluate progress, make any needed adjustments and discuss any challenges.
